How to Solve CLIENT MAC ADDR error on Windows.

This Error occur due to Hard Drive Failure or corrupted Windows. You can check your Hard Drive on another PC if it is readable backup your data. As this process will remove all your Data

CLIENT MAC ADDR Error

Method 1 :

1. Go To the BIOS Menu

    Common BIOS Keys : F1, F2, F10, Delete, Esc or key combinations like Ctrl + Alt + Esc or Ctrl + Alt + Delete

2. Go To Network Settings and disable boot agent PXE if you don't boot using network.

3. Go to main menu and set boot priority of the Hard Disk in which OS is stored to the top.

4. Try to restart, if this will not work use method 2 but you will lose all your data.

Method 2 :

1. We have to reinstall Windows to the System

2. Now while the installation you will encounter the problem at the step of Selecting the Drive in which     you want to install the Windows OS.

    You will not be able to select the drive as the hard disk is corrupted so you have to clean the hard disk     using cmd.

    

Error might look like this

3. To open cmd here, press Shift + F10 key.

4. type in the command diskpart and press enter.

5. then list disk and press enter

6. select your required disk (in most of the cases it will be disk 0) by the command select <disk name>

    for eg : select disk 0

7. now last command clean

Your Hard Drive will be formatted and your previous disk partitions will be deleted.

You can create disk partitions by selecting unallocated partition and clicking new, then enter the size of the partitions in MB and you are all set to go.

now you can select your desired partition to install Windows in it and follow the installation Steps as in step 1

After the installation is complete and your system is ready to use, you may encounter another problems that only C drive is visible in This PC. If that is the case you have to follow following steps to make all the partitions visible.

1. Open Disk Management by right click on the start button and selecting disk management from there

2. now right click on partition which is not showing in This PC and select Change Drive Letter and Path

3. Then click on Add and After that Press OK

4. Do this for all the drives which are not showing.

Now you are all Set !
